Help us ensure no one faces baby loss alone.

Branch provides free, immediate and ongoing support to people affected by pregnancy loss, baby loss and infertility.

4 ways you can help:

  • Donate

  • Fundraise

  • Volunteer

  • Partner

Make a Donation

Help us make sure no one faces baby loss alone

Your donation will help us keep our support free and accessible, connect more people with others who understand, train and support our volunteers, and provide more online and in-person groups, meet-ups, events and wellbeing activities.

Whether you give once or choose to donate regularly, every contribution helps us reach more people and make sure compassionate support is there whenever and wherever it’s needed.

  • Run online and in-person support groups, meet-ups and events

  • Reach thousands of people who may otherwise face loss and grief alone

Fundraise

Join a fundraiser

Fundraising for Branch is a powerful way to bring people together, raise awareness and remember babies gone too soon - while helping more bereaved families find connection and support when they need it most.

Throughout the year, we organise collective fundraisers that anyone can join, wherever they live and whatever distance or challenge feels right for them.

Our UK Relay brought together more than 100 bereaved parents, who passed a symbolic branch from the north of Scotland to the south of Cornwall. Along the way, families tied ribbons bearing their babies’ names and collectively raised over £6,000 to support other bereaved families.

Keep an eye on our latest campaigns and join us in turning love and loss into something that helps others feel less alone.

Organise your own event or challenge

You don’t have to wait for a Branch campaign to fundraise for us — we’d love you to create your own event or challenge, and we’re always open to new ideas.

You could take part in a local run, organise a sponsored walk, dedicate your birthday to Branch or hold a cake sale, school litter pick or workplace pub quiz. Capital One’s Change and Transformation team did just that after choosing Branch as their Charity of the Year.

Whether you have a big idea or need a little help finding one, tell us what you’re thinking and we’ll support you however we can.

Receive a T-shirt

As a little thank you, every individual fundraiser who raises £200 or more for Branch will receive a free Branch T-shirt to wear with pride. Choose from a range of colours and, if you’d like, you can personalise it with a name that’s special to you.

Branch T-shirts are also available for anyone to buy from our online shop.

Volunteer

Help us make sure no one faces baby loss alone

Our volunteers are at the heart of Branch. They help welcome and support community members, moderate WhatsApp groups, run online and in-person meet-ups and events, raise awareness of baby loss and our support, and make sure our community feels seen, heard and understood.

If you can offer your time, compassion, lived experience or professional skills, we’d love to hear from you. We’re always on the lookout for new volunteers to help in any way possible, whether that’s providing admin support, producing social media posts, hosting meet-ups, organising events and fundraisers, helping us form hospital and corporate partnerships, there’s always a way to get involved. Training and onboarding, relevant to each role, will be provided.

“Volunteering with Branch gave me a sense of purpose at a time when everything else felt shattered. Knowing I was helping other bereaved parents helped me turn my pain into purpose.”

Partner with Branch

Could your organisation help us reach and support more bereaved parents and families?

We welcome corporate sponsors, Charity of the Year partnerships, workplace fundraising, gifts in kind and collaborations with organisations that share our commitment to improving support around pregnancy loss, baby loss and infertility.

We also work with employers and healthcare organisations to improve bereavement care and support. Through specialist training, resources and consultancy, we help teams build greater understanding, support employees and patients compassionately, and develop effective workplace practices and policies.

Whether you’re interested in supporting our work or improving the support offered by your own organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

Branch is recommended by Tommy’s Rainbow Clinics and hospitals across the UK, and has been recognised in academic research into baby-loss support.

We’ve trained hundreds of student midwives in compassionate baby-loss and bereavement care, provided training, talks and support to organisations, and work with leading healthcare professionals, universities and other baby-loss organisations to improve support for bereaved families in both hospital and workplace settings.
